become a volunteer &
make a difference

​We have a limited number of volunteer positions available for the Outdoor Health Forum 2025!

In exchange for approximately 10-12 hours of assistance plus a $100 +gst contribution, volunteers will receive a full weekend ticket, which includes:

​

  • Forum registration

  • All meals

  • Dormitory-style accommodation

  • A Volunteer Forum T-shirt

​

If this sounds like your kind of thing, we’re looking for volunteers across a mix of tasks and timeframes:

​

Forum Set-Up (Friday morning and/or afternoon, 17 October)
– Helping with signage, moving furniture, admin, styling spaces, setting up activities/workshops

​

Pack-Down & Clean-Up (Sunday afternoon/evening, 19 October)
– Supporting smooth wrap-up and tidying of spaces

​

Shuttle Bus Driving
– Transporting participants between Lennox Head and the venue (valid bus license required)

​

Registration & Guest Welcome
– Greeting, car park marshalling, assisting with check-ins

​

Merchandise Sales
– Cash and card handling, customer service, good with $ or a calculator!

​

Tech Support
– Helping with AV/IT and techy tasks or needs during sessions

​

Programming Support
– Assisting presenters, room changes, stage transitions

​

Hygiene Monitoring
– Keeping an eye on cleanliness of shared spaces (bathrooms, rubbish, etc.)

​

Kitchen Support
– Helping tidy dining areas and support mealtimes

​

Other helpful bits as needed
– We’ll match roles with your strengths wherever possible!
