Well-being, Confidence & Nature Connection Coach

Maryse Jansen is a Well-being, Confidence and Nature Connection Coach at Touched by Nature. Her background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Social Work and a lot of experience in creating content and educational materials as well teaching and facilitating in numerous settings.

Her personal journey in healing from chronic stress and multiple physical and mental health conditions has led her to re-connect with nature at a deeper level then ever before and she has found that Nature Connection is foundational to our well-being. She deepened her knowledge on this topic through her work as a Nature & Wildlife Photographer, Blogger and YouTuber/Filmmaker as well as by studying many books, courses, workshops and training in the areas of nature and wildlife, environmental science, nature connection, indigenous wisdom, personal growth/personal development and Women-centered Coaching.

She now offers Nature Connection Courses as well as Individual Coaching Packages to help people who suffer from chronic stress improve their well-being, recover from overwhelm and learn how to feel more calm, confident, resilient, present, positive, energized and inspired!
