Psychologist & Breathwork Facilitator

I am a warm and engaging registered psychologist and a breathwork facilitator (going through the certification training and process with Inspire Breathwork) . I work with my peoples in an integrative and holistic way. I use trauma-informed and Neuroaffirming approaches that are rooted in person-centred, body based and nature based approaches. I deeply believe that to move towards health and social justice we need a nurturing and caring witness, connection to self and community.

I am originally from Poland and I am currently navigating an exploration of connection to my ancestors' lands and mythologies. I weave in my whole identity, my (hi)stories and lived experience to my work to support people on their paths to health and purpose.
