Ellice De Giovanni is a seasoned expert in health and wellness, boasting over 20 years of diverse experience in various fields. With a background that includes; an ex-athlete, advanced care paramedic, health coach, corporate speaker, and author she brings a multifaceted approach to her work.

Her specialisation in functional neurology and neuro-lymphatics allows her to offer insights that are rooted in a deep understanding of brain function, cellular health and its relationship to overall health. Ellice has developed advanced, innovative concepts that address pain, movement, and brain health, employing brain-changing movement tools and techniques that have positively impacted the lives of thousands.
