The Nature of Group Therapy - Professional Development for Nature Based Therapists

The Nature of Group Therapy - Professional Development for Nature Based Therapists

While group therapy holds powerful potential, many practitioners feel unsure where to begin or lack the skills and confidence needed to facilitate group interventions.

The Nature of Group Therapy is a one-day, experiential workshop exploring the practice and principles of nature-based group therapy, allowing participants to develop the knowledge and skills to confidently develop and deliver safe, ethical and effective group interventions in nature.

Through a focus on place, process, and people, we will learn together through a mixture of knowledge-based sessions and experiential learning. This workshop is suitable for all helping professionals and is not specific to one therapeutic model or approach.

There will be an option to gather for lunch at a local eatery at participants’ own expense. You're also very welcome to BYO lunch or use the break to enjoy some solo time.

Please join Mauro and Sue for this immersive Pre-Forum workshop exploring the art and practice of facilitating nature-based group therapy on beautiful Bundjalung Country in Lennox Head.
