Sneak Peak of A Climate of Change: Wellbeing Resources for Young People & Educators
How on Earth: Wellbeing in a Changing Climate (60-minute interactive session)
How on Earth can we navigate our emotional, social, and ecological terrain in the context of this changing climate we find ourselves in?
Through facilitated nature connection, exuberant visioning, and a playful Climate Action Game, we will unravel how outdoor practitioners might instil hope, agency, and belonging in times of uncertainty and polycrisis.
In this session we will experience an integrative approach that supports emotional resilience, empowered action, and deepening connection with our bodies, our communities and Country.
Whether you are a health professional, educator, community leader, or simply curious, this session offers inspiration and practical tools for supporting climate-aware wellbeing for young people, your clients and in your own life. www.joyality.org
