As we have exclusive access to the venue, accommodation is included in full weekend tickets. If you choose not to use your allocated dormitory bed, please note we are unable to refund this portion due to our full-site booking. We appreciate your understanding.

pre & post forum workshops

Looking to extend your learning? Optional Pre- and Post-Forum Workshops will be offered on Friday 17 October, Monday 20 October, and potentially other dates (TBC).

These workshops offer deep dives into specific practices and are open to all Forum attendees at an additional cost.

ticketing options

Join us for a full weekend of connection, learning and inspiration at Outdoor Health Forum 2025, taking place from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 October at Lake Ainsworth Sport and Recreation Centre Lennox Head,  on beautiful Bundjalung Country.

​

All full weekend tickets include catering and dormitory-style accommodation, providing a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the outdoor health community while staying on-site just a short meander from the lake and ocean.

full weekend ticket (2 Days)

This ticket grants you access to the full forum program from Friday afternoon (check-in from 3–5pm) through to Sunday 5pm, and includes:

  • All forum sessions and activities

  • All meals from Friday dinner to Sunday afternoon tea

  • 2 nights’ dormitory accommodation (Friday & Saturday)

  • Opportunity to attend an optional Sunday evening social and networking event (5–7pm) to continue connecting with peers

single day ticket

Can’t make the full weekend? A limited number of 1-day tickets are available, including:

  • Access to all sessions on your chosen day

  • Full catering for the day

  • Please note: accommodation is not included with 1-day tickets
